Q: Can I use AntispamNow! if I am not using MailNow! (i.e. I could be using Exchange, Lotus Domino, Novell Groupwise etc)?
A: Yes you can. You will need to configure the MailNow! (and AntispamNow!) to integration mode. Please contact our support for assistance. You have the option of either installing AntispamNow! on the same PC as your existing mail server or, more commonly, you can install it on a separate PC. Incoming mails are directed to AntispamNow! and it will forward valid mails to your mail server.
Q: How do I know that I have the latest update for my AntispamNow!?
A: Go to www.internetnow.com.my and you will find a panel which will display the date of the latest engine and database like so:
Compare this date to your AntispamNow! engine and database date. You may get this information from the AntispamNow! dialog box in the MailNow! console (Setup | AntispamNow! menu)
Q: What should I do when my AntispamNow! subscription expire?
A: Contact InternetNow to renew your subscription. Once your renewal has been processed by InternetNow, you will need to restart your MailNow! service and you should see the expiry date in the software updated to the new expiry date.
Q: How do I force my AntispamNow! to check its subscription expiry date?
A: The subscription expiry date is checked every time the MailNow! service is started. So to force a check, restart the MailNow! service.
