1. Run your AutoUpdate, click "Check of self update"

2. The "New AutoUpdate Available" button should be enabled if there's a newer version of AutoUpdate. Click this button.

3. You will then be prompted to save the AutoUpdate.zip file. Save it to your MailNow! directory.

4. Then unzip the download Zip file to your MailNow! directory overwriting existing AutoUpdate.exe
