If your domain is hosted on the 202.71.100.20 server you might have problems accessing it depending on what Internet connections you are using. The server is actually up and running but there is a problem within the TMNet network which they are currently looking into.
In the meantime, we advice that you change your settings to access the server via the following IP instead:
POP3: 202.71.100.22 port 21110
SMTP: 202.71.100.22 port 22550
WebMail: http://202.71.100.22:28383
Please make a record of your original settings before making any changes so that you can revert back to it once the problem has been fixed.
