Pluggable Reports
ReportNow! 2.1 comes with over 30 different report templates. And we can add more templates to fulfill any special need of yours. All you need to do is just 'plug in' the new templates and you are ready to use them!

ReportNow! 2.1 detects all the report templates automatically  and display them as a list. Each report is accompanied by a wizard with guides you step by step. Now, ReportNow! 2.1 comes with 5 categories of reports: Top N, Grouped by, Comparison Between Databases, Detailed  and Login Sessions. Top N reports are flexible reports based on the information available, Grouped by provides templates to do group comparisons, Comparison Between Databases reports show clearly the difference between databases, Detailed reports are perfect for finding out the complete activity of the users and Login Sessions reports are a easy way to show the login sessions for each user that have used internet. Views

When it comes to answering complex questions, there is nothing better than the View window. It allows you to filter the available data by users, by sites, by files downloaded etc. So if, for example, you filter or view the data by users, the details of the Internet usage of each user is shown. This makes it easy to find out the traffic size, hits, duration and cost each user is responsible for.

Each of these views can be exported into various format (e.g. RTF for Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, HTML etc) to become reports in their own rights. In addition, you can also view the data in chart format (instead of a table). The charts in ReportNow! come in various types (pie, point, bar, 2D, 3D etc) and can also be exported.

But the main power of the View window lies in its ability to drill-through and  show details. Although a tricky concept to grasp at first, drill-through is a very flexible and useful feature since it can answer complex questions and show details helps you to refine your answer in a step.

By drilling through a particular view, you are basically zooming and delving in further to find out more information (In fact you are just applying more filters) and by showing details, you will know the details of any information that you have drilled through so far. For example, you can drill-through the user view above by hours to find out at what time a particular user has been using the Internet. Once you have generated that view, you can drill-through even further, say by sites, to find out what sites the user surfed to during a particular hour. Then, you can use show details to find out every single detail of the site theat the user surfed.

User-friendly Data Manager

The task of importing your log files has never been easier with the Data Import Wizard. It can even detect the format of your log files. ReportNow! currently supports ProxyNow!, MailNow!, Microsoft Proxy Server and WinGate log files.

Users & Groups Manager

ReportNow! integrates with ProxyNow! to allow you to import users defined in ProxyNow! with the use of a wizard. In addition, you can define groups to generate reports based on departments.

Costing

ReportNow! also supports the generation of costing reports which are perfect for internal billing purpose.
