With the release of ReportNow! 2.1,
there are now three categories of reports in ReportNow!:
- Top N: Top N reports are perfect for finding
out who are top N number of users, what is the top N number of
sites, what is the top N number of files etc. They can help you
to concentrate on the data that matters most, e.g. who are the
most active users in the company, what are the sites that the
users surf to, what kind of files are most often downloaded etc.
- Grouped by: A useful type of reports which
summarises the information into 2 levels (see sample reports below).
- Comparison Between Databases: A effective way to find out and generate reports for the difference between two or more databases.
- Detailed: Detailed reports give complete
listing of the users Internet activity. They will tell you the
exact web pages visited, the emails received and sent, user by
user, day by day, minute by minute.
- Login Sessions (ProxyNow! Specific): a fast and easy way to produce a report on the login sessions for each user that have surfed internet through ProxyNow!.
